    We provide counseling, coaching, and support to children, adolescents, adults individuals who need individual counseling, family counseling, marriage counseling, couples counseling, parenting skills, anger management skills, depression, anxiety, stress, past childhood sexual abuse counseling, coping skills, relationship counseling, after a breakup counseling and separation/divorce counseling. Counseling is currently available for Florida, Canada, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, South America, and the Caribbean via telehealth/virtual appointments.

    Edlyne is a Haitian American raised in South Florida who went into the field as a counselor in order to help hurting people feel better and cope with life. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master's of Science from Nova Southeastern University.

     

    She has over 16 years plus of experience working with children, adults and their families as case manager and as a therapist in the South Florida community. Edlyne specializes in helping people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, break-up/relationship issues, marital problems, life issues, work related stress, anger issues and childhood sexual abuse survivors.

     

    Edlyne speaks Haitian-Creole, and some Spanish. Counseling approaches frequently used: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

    Sidraya is an African American from Jacksonville, Florida who earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Analysis from Savannah State University and a Master's of Science from Nova Southeastern University in Mental Health Counseling.

     

    Sidraya specializes in helping people who are experiencing depression, bipolar, self-esteem, anxiety, grief, break-up/relationship issues, trauma and resilience, stress management, life transition, substance abuse, relationship issues, ADHD, marital problems, life issues, work-related stress, anger issues and childhood sexual abuse survivors.

     

    Counseling approaches frequently used: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Experiential, Person-Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Brief Solution Focused, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
