    We provide counseling for children, adolescents, adults individuals who need individual counseling, family counseling, marriage counseling, couples counseling, parenting skills, anger management skills, depression, anxiety, stress, past childhood sexual abuse counseling, domestic violence, coping skills, relationship counseling, separation/divorce counseling, and substance abuse counseling. Counseling is currently available for Florida via tele-health/virtual appointment.


    In person services are temporarily unavailable due to the pandemic.

    Edlyne Thelusma LMHC, QS (Self Pay, Insurance, EAP plans)

    Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor MHC

    Edlyne is a Haitian American raised in South Florida who went into the field as a counselor in order to help hurting people feel better and cope with life. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master's of Science from Nova Southeastern University.


    She has over 16 years plus of experience working with children, adults and their families as case manager and as a therapist in the South Florida community. Edlyne specializes in helping people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, break-up/relationship issues, marital problems, life issues, work related stress, anger issues and childhood sexual abuse survivors.


    Edlyne speaks Haitian-Creole, and some Spanish. Counseling approaches frequently used: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

    Elva Sanchez LMFT, CTP (Self Pay, Insurance, EAP)

    Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist 

    Elva Sanchez is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Elva was born in Peru and moved to Miami when she was 16 years old. Elva received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and then continued to pursue her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Carlos Albizu University, graduating in 2017.


    With clients, Elva uses different evidence-based approaches and likes to provide clients with a sense of empowerment while help them to be goal-oriented and gain power back to their own lives. Elva focuses in encourage clients to concentrate in self-growth while promoting autonomy, independence, and self-sufficiency. While working in the process of change, Elva likes to challenge client to achieve self-awareness, insight and positive change. Elva is able to provide personalized and tailored sessions specific to the strengths and needs of her clients.


    Elva has experience working with children with Autism, child behavioral interventions, and troubled teenagers. Elva has provided training and materials for parents on how to better handle children with behavioral issues. Elva is also a Certified Trauma Professional and has a vast experience working with domestic abuse survivors, crisis intervention, and hate crime survivors. Elva has worked with many couples and families from varying of cultural and economical backgrounds. She is comfortable conducting therapy in either English or Spanish.


    Elva enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach with her two children, practicing yoga and spinning.


    Vicki Charles RCSWI (Self Pay Clients Only)

    Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern

    Vicki Charles is a Haitian-American who holds a Master of Arts Degree in Social Work. She has over seven years of professional experience as a Clinical Social Worker. She is certified in Trauma Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.


    She has experience consists of outpatient intensive counseling with parents, caretakers, at-risk children and their families. She has experience in providing therapeutic services to the youth to address their behavioral and substance abuse issues. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who were diagnosed with a variety of disorders such as Adjustment Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Depression and Bipolar Disorder. She provides counseling services to clients who are experiencing anger issues, depression, grief and loss, crisis issues, social issues, and trauma issues.

All persons seeking counseling will screened and an appropriate referral will be provided if needed. 

Online Appointments and Client Portal
We provide the online scheduling in order to assist potential clients with the ability and flexibility to scheduling appointments. Appointments are requested and confirmed by selected counselor only after proper screening, providing a copy of your insurance card or number, verification of referral source, and background check (if applicable).

1. Purchase of Package should be done if you have been screened by a therapist or staff or you are willing and ready to participate in counseling.
2.  No refunds will be provided on packages. Only a credit will be issued towards future services. 
3. All Online Counseling & Coaching clients will screened to ensure that this service is appropriate. If Online Counseling is not appropriate alternative services will be discussed such as Office Based Counseling. A credit will be provided for purchases made for use towards new and appropriate service. 
4. Store and Promotions are for Self Paying Clients purpose is to assist self paying clients to obtain services who may not be able to afford counseling rates. Sessions are purchased in bulk at a discounted rate. 

All cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to the start of session. Rescheduling of appointments must be done 24 hours prior to the start of session. A cancellation fee will be charged for all missed or late cancel appointments. Please attend all sessions on time. Your therapist at their discretion may provide a grace period of 15 minutes. Life happens and so do emergencies. Please notify your therapist as soon as you can, your situation will be taken into account. A waiver of cancellation fee will be given at the discretion of your therapist and office staff.

All clients will be provided a consents about company policies, treatment process, HIPAA, and termination of treatment. 

Termination of Counseling
You can always stop counseling at anytime. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible your decision. If you miss three weeks of counseling and do not contact your therapist or our office you will be terminated from counseling. An email and letter will be sent. You can always restart your counseling by calling us. If contact is not frequent or inconsistent upon starting counseling your assigned counselor may terminate services. 

Privacy Practices
Your information will be kept confidential unless:
We have to disclose your information due to a medical emergency .
If you have abused a child or an adult.
If you have been abused.
If you are suicidal or homicidal.
If we have to legally due to a court order.
If you want us to disclose  any of your information to someone or an agency a release form will need to be signed.
